The Brief:

In the process of working for Talking At Me we found out that, sometimes, clarity shouldn’t be a main goal of design. For this unusual ensemble of electronic music, lighting art and a “tasty bassy chunk”, together with the Notting Hill Arts Club, we decided to aim for a mystical, almost mysterious graphical identity. Since the begin of Talking At Me, we have designed graphics, print and promotional material for over 10 legendary events in London.

For those of you who are more technically inclined we created a very special little scrolling background effect purely using CSS. It’s a little hidden. Visit www.talkingatme.com, slowly scroll down and observe the color of the background logo stripes.
